THE SHADOW OF THE NORTH
Once upon a time there was a fair city the city of Cittagrizzx. In it was a special secret that all dark shadows wanted to get.
Far Far away in a small ramshackle house was a boy of nine, his name is Will.
His beach blonde hair glittered in the sunlight as he strode to his aunt’s house. She was cruel wicked and selfish. He hated her, but he had to go to her, she was his last family alive. He walked into his aunt’s grand garden and down to the front door. His little blue eyes scanned around the large front door for the golden lion door knocker. He couldn’t reach it since he had little skinny arms. So he tensed up his muscles crunched his fists had knocked on the blood red door.
A minute later a man came to the door. Without looking down he spoke. “Good day sir, who are you here to see”. Will replied, “I need to see my aunt she lives here” As he spoke the man at the door looked down and gasped, he collapsed. Then down the spiral stair case came his aunty. So smooth was her skin so dainty her hair, but wicked was her mind.
A dark shadow loomed over Cittagrizzx in the distant east. An army had come to find the secret of Cittagrizzx.
One month later
Will had had enough he needed to run far away from the torture from his aunt. So that night he planned his escape. The next night he tried his plan. First of all he opened his window tried his bedcovers to the window sill and climbed down luckily his room was one the first floor. Luckily it was, the covers just went down to touch the ground. Now he had started his long adventure.
He had heard great stories from his father about a huge city in the east called Cittagrizzx. It is across an empty sea, past magic money trees, over a whirlpool his father used to tell him. So he decided to go to Cittagrizzx. The reader might be thinking he is only nine how will he pass though all these tasks. This is what Will himself thought as he left his cruel aunt’s house, but he wanted to get there so he tried.
He wondered for months searching for an empty sea
